Expertly crafted by Billy Walker, this is the latest 18 year old single malt from GlenAllachie distillery. Although part of the core rare of malts at the distillery, we don't see a whole lot of this delightful expression available throughout the year. Layers of heather honey, toffee and muscovado sugar, with dark chocolate, caramel and dried sultanas.
Palate
Bursting with fruit cake, butterscotch and wild Scottish honey, followed by layers of blackcurrant, almonds and soft oak spice on the finish.
