A rather special and well aged expression from GlenAllachie distillery, this is the first batch of their newly launched 21 year old single malt. Created by Billy Walker from single malt laid down in 1997 and 1998, Billy married 5 casks (PX Puncheons & Hogsheads) in total before bottling up this limited release in 2020 at natural cask strength, 51.5% vol.

GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Producer Notes
Colour: Intense Mahogany.
Nose: Waves of dark chocolate, heather honey, mocha and orange zest, with notes of grapefruit and cinnamon.
Taste: A rich mix of fruit cake, heather honey and treacle, fused with stewed plums, dark chocolate, orange peel, cinnamon and ginger.
