A well aged, single grain Scotch whisky from Highland distillery Invergordon, bottled by Independent Scotch whisky bottlers, Thompson Bros. Filled to cask 21st March 1990, matured for 34 years and bottled March 2024. Another beautiful label design by Asra Williams for this latest bottling, only 120 bottles only filled from cask at 50.6% vol.

Baked red apples, poached williams pear, wholegrain mustard, preserved lemon, unoaked Chardonnay, unripe strawberry, steamed ginger pudding with creme anglais!
Palate
More apple; red apple peel, some fermenting apples. Feels quite wheat-forward with creamy vanilla custard, stem ginger in syrup, pear drops, quince and lime zest
Finish
Gentle spice grows, with white pepper and mustard seed. Becomes creamy and fruity
