The 2017 release of the ever popular Springbank 21 year old. This year's release has been created using a combination of whisky matured in bourbon, sherry, Port & rum casks! 3,800 bottles released for the 2017 bottling, filled at 46% vol and presented in shiny gold attire.

Springbank 21 Year Old 2017 Producer Notes
Nose: Sweet with coastal undertones while the rum cask influence introduces dried tropical fruit including banana, coconut shavings and Demerara sugar.
Palate: Gentle and refined; Molasses and apricots combine well with cured meats, tobacco leaf and old leather.
Finish: The long gentle finish reveals Caribbean jerk seasoning with cayenne pepper, cinnamon and black peppercorn present against a background of soft smoky embers.
