A 12 year old single malt Aultmore, distilled in 2011 and released as part of Reserve Casks Parcel No.12 from The Single Malts of Scotland series. 7 barrels used to create this latest Speyside expression, released in 2024 at 48% vol. 'Loads of vanilla custard with raspberry coulis coat the palate. Buttered popcorn and white chocolate drops with a touch of lemon oil.'

Raspberry leaf caramel with a touch of toasted oak. Roses chocolates, blackcurrant concentrate and a hint of mint.
Palate
Loads of vanilla custard with raspberry coulis coat the palate. Buttered popcorn and white chocolate drops with a touch of lemon oil.
Finish
The sweetness continues but is tempered by tarragon which lingers.
