Festival Whisky Bottlings

There are now many whisky festivals throughout the year in Scotland offering an array of whisky related activities for the whisky connoisseur to enjoy, including malt whisky master-classes and tastings to exclusive tours of distilleries no longer operational or open to the public.

To mark the festival, many distilleries release a special festival bottling, available for a very limited time. In a bid to ensure they land one of these elusive malts many of the most dedicated (or a little mad!) camp out over night.

	Bruichladdich, Islay Barley 2004, Feis Ile 2010
	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bruichladdich Islay Barley was distilled in 2004 from Barley grown on Kentraw Farm, and is the first Islay grown barley to be distilled in recent times. Left to mature in sherry butt 1667, this bottling was one of 1060 bottles released at the 'Laddie Festival' during the Islay Festival Of Music & Malt 2010 (Feis Ile). Bottled at 57.5% Vol.
