Following on from the Valhalla series, Highland Park distillery have launched a new and exciting range of limited edition, single malt Scotch whiskies. The first to be launched is Highland Park Ice Edition, which has been aged predominately in ex-bourbon casks, aged for 17 years in total and bottled at 53.9% vol. The whisky is housed in a blue tinted bespoke glass and encased in a mountain shaped wooden cradle. Ice is a classic Highland Park and is said to be very similar to Freya from the Valhalla Collection.

Highland Park Ice Edition - Producer Tasting Notes
A radiant whisky, natural in colour with mirror-like brightness. Up-front, vivid aromas of cool, fresh pineapple and mango sorbet give way to silvery shards of smoke and the frosty kick of root ginger. Like the Ice Giants themselves, the palate is powerful yet smooth, misty peat smoked inter-twined with vanilla seeds. A beautifully balanced finish, with lingering woodiness and spices.
