Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Laid to rest  25th October 1974 in a single Bourbon barrel, this wonderful 31 year old Ardbeg single malt whisky was bottled in 2006 with only 93 bottles filled.

Bottled at 46.7% vol for the United Kingdom, this could well be one the rarest single cask releases by Ardbeg.

Islay Single Malt Whisky

A very rare and special Ardbeg. Bottled at cask strength of 53.1%, this limited edition of 494 bottles is hand bottled from sherry butt 2390. Given 96 out of 100, by Jim Murray in his Whisky Bible and described as a "dram of a lifetime".

Glenfiddich's first ever vatted vintage reserve is this stunning 1974 release. Created by combining whiskies from different strengths, ages and finishes, the whiskies selected were chosen by a panel of Global Brand Ambassadors. The panel nosed and tasted three different vintages, 1973, 1974 and 1975 and after careful consideration and long discussion, the panel selected the 1974 vintage.

Only 1,000 bottles of this unique whisky have been produced, with only 50 bottles allocated for the UK.
