Macallan Lalique 55 Year Old is an exceptional malt whisky that has matured for 55 years in Spanish Oak, Sherry casks. This beautiful Lalique decanter draws its inspiration from Macallan's natural colour, with the design based on a perfume bottle design by René Lalique from the early 1900's. Only 420 crystal decanters ever released of this exceptionally rare malt. Last year this extraordinary collaboration joined forces once again to mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of René Lalique, and produced the worlds most valuable decanter of whisky. An amazing 64 year old malt in Lalique Cire Perdue which helped Macallan raise $605,000 for the charity 'Water' with the decanter fetching an amazing $460,000.
