	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Caol Ila 14 year old, 2012 release has been bottled from a spirit batch made only once a year. This is the 7th limited release of unpeated Caol Ila, the first at fourteen years old, also the first sherried Caol Ila released in this series.

	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bunnahabhain 1989, single cask 5755 bottled in 2012 by wine & spirit merchant Berry Bros & Rudd. A superb dram that sold out within a few week of being launched. Bunnahabhain single cask 5755 featured on The Whisky Wire's #BerrysWhisky Tweet Tasting and was highly praised by bloggers and tasters on the evening. We've managed to source a few extra bottles of this lovely, smokey, peated Bunnahabhain. But dont hang around for long if you are looking to secure a bottle, its a stunning dram.

	Caol Ila 1994 Sassicaia Wood Finish / Private Collection
	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under their Private Collection series, is this Caol Ila Islay malt whisky distilled in 1994. After maturing in traditional casks for ten years, the whisky was then transferred to Sassicaia casks for further eight years maturation. Bottled in 2012, a limit edition release of 1100 bottles.

	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky A Caol Ila Islay Malt, distilled in 1995 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under their Private Collection series. After maturing in traditional casks for nine years, the whisky was transferred to a Madeira cask for further eight years maturation. Bottled in 2012, a limited edition release of 850 bottles.
