Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling
Another rare release from Gordon & MacPhail. This North Port-Brechin was distilled in 1982 and aged for 17 years in a refill Sherry hogshead before finally bottled in January 2010.
North Port-Brechin ceased production in 1983, and has now sadly been demolished.
Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet and fruity aromas with a smokey edge.
Palate: Smokey with sweetness and malt.
Body: Medium.
Finish: A subtle smokiness.
