	Islay Single Malt Whisky Anthony Wills, Managing Director and founder of Kilchoman Distillery had a dream that he could make a single malt release from which every process going into Kilchoman's production could be grown and/or produced locally. His dream came to fruition this year with this limited edition 100% Islay bottling. Every part of crafting this very special malt; the barley growing, distillation, maturation to bottling was completed at Kilchoman Distillery, Islay.
