	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky A 1979 vintage from the cult Islay distillery, Port Ellen. Aged in refill sherry butts, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail at 46% vol, as part of the Old Rare Series.

	Caol Ila 1994 Sassicaia Wood Finish / Private Collection
	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under their Private Collection series, is this Caol Ila Islay malt whisky distilled in 1994. After maturing in traditional casks for ten years, the whisky was then transferred to Sassicaia casks for further eight years maturation. Bottled in 2012, a limit edition release of 1100 bottles.

	New Zealand Single Malt Whisky A cask strength whisky from the New Zealand Whisky Company, distilled in 1993 in the South Island of New Zealand, at the famous Willobank Distillery of Dunedin. Aged for 18 years in barrel number 21 before being bottled in 2012 at 51.9%.

	New Zealand Single Malt Whisky Aged for 18 years in American oak, ex-bourbon barrels this whisky was distilled in the South Island of New Zealand, on the site of the old distillery in Dunedin. The label, features a 3D like image effect of the ‘Water of Leith’ Distillery.

	Port Ellen 1979 / 14 Year Old / Dun Eideann
	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled in 1994 is this rather rare Port Ellen from 1979. Released by Signatory as part of their Dun Eideann range, this 14 year old single malt whisky was filled from cask number 1855.

	Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky BenRiach continue to experiment with various casks types, single cask 2588 from 1977 is no exception. Resting quietly in a Rioja wine cask for 34 years before being bottled in 2012 at 44.1% vol. 280 bottles filled, batch 9.
