	New Zealand Single Malt Whisky From The New Zealand Whisky Company is this single malt from 1989. Distilled at the famous Willobank Distillery of Dunedin, this Kiwi malt has been aged for 23 years, before being bottled in 2012 at 56.4% vol.

	English Single Malt Whisky Distilled by David Fitt on 12th November 2007, single cask 0787 from the Founders Private Cellar was laid to rest in a 1st fill Sauternes cask for just shy of 5 years. 	Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled in 1994 is this rather rare Port Ellen from 1979. Released by Signatory as part of their Dun Eideann range, this 14 year old single malt whisky was filled from cask number 1855.
