Crafted from Islay single malt matured in first fill and refill sherry butts and hogsheads, taking dried fruit and dark chocolate from a south coast distillery along with lemon oil and Arbroath smokie from a distillery on the north. Bottled at a higher strength of 54.5% vol, Elements of Islay Sherry Cask sits within a new core range of malts, with the others in the series being the Cask Edit and Bourbon Cask expressions.
