Berry Brothers & Rudd giving us a real treat this Christmas with this delightful sherry matured single malt from Teaninich distillery! Distilled in 2007 and aged for 15 years in total, initially matured in a refill sherry butt before being given a final two years in a fresh Oloroso sherry butt. Bottled in 2022, 525 bottles filled from cask #1903083 at cask strength, 56.3% vol. Think we've just found our go to do dram for the festive period!

Awards
Nose
The sherry wood is quite restrained on the nose with the fruity distillate displaying a mouthwatering array of zesty green fruit notes.
Palate
The palate however leaves one in no doubt of the sherry maturation with thick dried figs and raisins mingling beautifully with grated apple and lashings of honey. A little water brings out bursts of wood spice and some of the citrus promised on the nose.
Finish
Vibrant and fresh, a wonderful conversational dram.
