Beautiful colour on this vintage 1993 Balblair from Gordon & MacPhail. Aged for 21 years in 1st fill sherry puncheon #1962 before being bottled in 2014 as part of their cask strength series of malts.

Sherry aromas, fruit and traces of charred oak. The palate has fruit cake, rum and raisin flavours initially, combining with hint of chocolate.
