Placing an order

Can I place an order over the phone?

At present, we only process orders online. Our checkout is very secure and easy to use and we offer many payment solutions.

I've not received a confirmation yet?

When you place an order via our store, you should receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order. This will be sent to the details that you provided at checkout. If you don't see one for any reason, please check your junk folder and add us to your safe list.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders ASAP and in most cases this is same day. Your order will be delivered within the timescale given for your destination. If for any reason order dispatch and deliveries have delays, we'll outline this within a message on the cart page.

Can I have my order sent to an auction house?

I'm afraid we can't ship direct to auction houses.


How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is free if you spend over £95! Flat rate cost for most European countries, so there is no limited on the qty of bottles you can add for the same rate. We offer an excellent shipping rate most countries worldwide and only use the fastest service to ensure your bottles arrive quick but also in perfect condition. I live in the UK, do I qualify for free shipping?

If you spend over £95, shipping within the UK is free.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, to see if we ship to your country, add some items to your basket, enter your address. If a cost comes up, we can ship to your country. If you don't see your country, please get in touch and we can see what we can do to help.

How can I track my order?

When we shipped out your order, tracing details were outlined within the email. You can also go to your account to get these details.
