The AD/ Heritage Barley Release is Ardnamurchan stripped back to its very core, a whisky that puts distillate front and centre. Made using 100% unpeated Golden Promise barley and matured for over six years exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, this is a pure, uncompromising expression of the spirit.
Bottled at natural cask strength, 59.2% ABV, it delivers Ardnamurchan at full intensity, rich, oily and wonderfully precise. Bright coastal notes, grassy freshness and a real sense of place run throughout, showcasing the distillery’s Western Highland character in its most honest, unadorned form.
