Nose: Crisp & bright citrus, gentle salinity, resinous juniper oils, clay pots,thyme & a touch of beeswax
Palate: Fresh clean herbs; rosemary at the fore, gentle chalky minerality,lemon peel, olives, brine and Sancho
Finish: Aromatic pepper, more brine, juniper and lingering citrus oils.
