This delightful single cask Inchgower was distilled in 2007 and matured in cask for 14 years with some time being finished in a barrel that previously held sweet Sauternes wine. Bottled late 2021 by Mossburn Distillers, only 291 bottles were filled at cask strength, 56.2% vol.

Nose
The nose has honeyed peaches, apricots, and an edge of creamy vanilla fudge wrapped in a delicate oaky spirit overcoat.
Palate
Lighter on the palate, with less honey - more nutty maltiness and some summer fruits rounding off the oaky spice.
Finish
A touch of pepper and nutmeg on the finish.
