Originally released as a distillery exclusive, this single cask Kilchoman was distilled in 2013 and laid to rest in a bourbon barrel. Then transferred and given a murther 9 months maturation in a cask that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, 209 bottles were then filled from cask 339/2013 in 2018 at 59% vol.

Rich peat smoke with citrus, cooked fruit and cinnamon sweetness.
Palate
Sultanas and dates with hints of vanilla and maritime peat smoke.
Finish
The finish is long and clean with layers of PX sweetness.
