'Lynch Isle' a 20 year old single malt Scotch whisky, distilled at an undisclosed Highland distillery. Distilled August 2000 and matured in cask for a total of 20 years, initially in a sherry butt then some time being spent in a butt that previously held Portuguese brandy. 693 bottles filled at 53.3% vol.
