Known for producing malts with a strong character, the Yoichi distillery’s single casks are no exception. Single cask #129459, a heavily peated malt was distilled in 1991 and aged for 23 years in a virgin oak puncheon before being bottled in 2014 at 62% vol. Sure to be another superb tasting single cask from Nikka.
