Released as part of the Arcadian Farm Origin range from Irish distillery, Waterford this latest release has been named after the Dr Herbert Hunter, a pioneering plant breeder. Heritage, noted for its distinctive flavour was first introduced in 1959 but was superseded by more economical barley. With just one 50g bag of seed remaining, it was then grown in greenhouse grow bags until enough was produced to distill and fill 50 barrels of lovely Irish whisky!
