Curated by Alistair Walker, whose reputation for astute cask selection continues to grow, this bottling exemplifies his ability to bring lesser seen distilleries to life in bold and expressive ways. This delightful expression was carefully matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead (Cask No. 6209) and bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.4% vol, yielding a limited outturn of 350 bottles.

Lush and unctuous… a PX-inspired volcanic combination of molten Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, bonfire toffee and fig rolls, with underlying cinnamon spice.
