For deliveries within the UK mainland, we primarily use DPD, as we’ve found them to be fast, safe, and reliable, with excellent tracking options for complete peace of mind. Some rural parts of the UK & Northern Ireland we may use other selected, reliable companies to ensure we can keep the costs down for customers in these areas.
For Europe & Worldwide we use DHL. Their global network, speed, and reliability are second to none. With real-time tracking, efficient customs processing, and a proven record of safe handling, DHL allows us to deliver your order quickly and securely.

- We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following day.
- Unfortunately, couriers don’t tend to work bank holidays. We do, so you can order as normal, and we’ll ship your order on the next available shipping day.
🔒 DPD's Secure PIN on Delivery
To give our customers even greater peace of mind, we sometimes use DPD’s secure PIN on delivery service. This means the courier will request a unique PIN code before releasing your parcel, ensuring your whisky is handed directly to you and not left unattended or delivered incorrectly.
