Part of Bowmore’s striking collaboration with celebrated artist Frank Quitely, this 24 year old Islay single malt is a limited edition release, presented as 'The Dragon’s Prey'. Matured in a combination of Bordeaux red wine casks, Merlot finished barriques, Manzanilla barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, it reveals a complex interplay between maritime smoke, dark fruit richness and wine soaked depth.
Bottled at 50.7% ABV, this whisky preserves its strength and character. Expect layers of smoke and brine, interwoven with raisin, dark fruit, nutty oak and wine influence. The coastal and wine cask elements playing off each other with subtle complexity.
N.B - This bottle was part of a private collection, the item listed could be the only one we have in stock. If you require further images, please just get in touch.
