The very first release from Edradour No. 2, the newly established second distillery at Edradour, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025. Matured for 7 years in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this inaugural bottling captures the distillery’s next chapter while staying true to the richly sherried style that Edradour has become so admired for.
Bottled at 57.1% ABV, without chill-filtration or colouring. A historic release marking 200 years of Edradour Distillery and the beginning of a new era for one of Scotland’s most characterful Highland distilleries.
