An 11 year old Barbadian rum from renowned distillery, Foursquare bottled by Wine & Spirits Merchant, Berry Bros & Rudd. This exciting new release was distilled in 2010 and matured in cask #5 until 2021, then bottled from cask at 50.8% vol with 300 bottles being filled.

Hailing from one of the world’s prominent and imaginative distilleries, Foursquare continues to pump perfection. Richard Seale and his team are innovative distillers, investing in the kit but respecting the past. This is a balanced and honeyed style that should appeal to many palates. A mix of the tropics and just about every nuance of fruit you could throw at a rum, augmented by its ageing in Sauternes casks. Delicious!
