Distilled in 2005 and carefully matured for 19 years, this single cask GlenAllachie has been drawn from an exceptional Oloroso sherry hogshead selected for the Master Blender’s Selection series. Bottled at natural cask strength, 55.2% ABV, this limited release showcases GlenAllachie’s hallmark depth and sherried richness, layers of dried fruits, cocoa and warm spice balanced by the distillery’s trademark honeyed malt character.
Released in 2025, an outturn of just 370 bottles, this is a striking example of Billy Walker’s cask selection expertise, presented natural in colour and non-chillfiltered to preserve its full character and complexity.
