A 30 year old Glenburgie, distilled in 1995 and bottled by Signatory Vintage for the Symington’s Choice range. Drawn from Cask #203, a 1st fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead, this single cask release exemplifies the depth and character that define the Symington’s Choice label. Bottled in 2025 at 48.5% ABV, cask strength, un-chillfiltered and natural in colour.
