Alistair Walker has earned a reputation as something of a genius when it comes to cask management, his instinct for pairing spirit with the perfect cask is second to none. We've tried this recently and can confirm it's very good indeed!

Nose

Macaroon bar and marzipan.

Palate

Medium to heavy, creamy, with strong dessert notes. Sweet, mouth-coating mocha and dark chocolate to the fore - the influence of PX is quite evident here.

Finish

A touch of cloves emerges as the dram evolves.
