Another exceptional sherry cask from Karuizawa Distillery is single cask 7576. Distilled in 1983 and laid to rest for 28 years before being bottled in 2012 with 571 bottles filled.
The label shows the mask of Chorei Beshimi, which represents Kumasaka no Chohan, who was a mighty thief in the Noh play Kumasaka and Eboshi-ori.
