A private single cask release from Kilchoman distillery, distilled 29th August 2007 and matured for over 11 years in a fresh bourbon barrel. Bottled 9th January 2019 for 'The Friends of Artisan' with only 247 bottles being filled from cask 265/2007 at natural cask strength, 55.9% vol.
