A beautifully composed Highland single malt from Infrequent Flyers, distilled at Macduff Distillery on 16th November 2007 and bottled in August 2025. This well aged release has spent its final 5 years and 4 months resting in a Madeira Hogshead, allowing the cask’s rich influence to weave through the spirit. Expect aromas of roasted peanuts, prunes, apricots and dark treacle, leading to a palate of heavy vanilla, dates, buttery shortbread and toasted almonds. Bottled at natural cask strength, 55.6% ABV and limited to just 311 bottles.
