A single cask release from Nc’Nean, bottled by independent Scotch bottler Chorlton Whisky, drawn from a first fill barrel and presented at natural cask strength, 57.9% vol. From the David's tasting notes, this sounds like a heavenly whisky, brimming with expressive fruit and personality. Reading these tasting notes, I’m instantly transported to the rugged beauty of the Morvern Peninsula where the air is salt laced, the landscape wild, and time seems to slow!

Awards
Nose
The nose has cherry drops, membrillo, macadamia nuts, green melon, buttercream and honey – it has a fascinatingly uncommon sort of fruitiness that keeps opening up in the glass.
Palate
The palate is full-bodied, with golden apples, quinces, yellow sultanas, coconut cream, honey, and a pinch each of salt and white pepper. In the background there’s a nicely mineralic Highlands-y feel.
Finish
Juicy Fruit gum and black tea in the finish.
