Independent bottler Signatory Vintage presents this fine single cask release from the Symington’s Choice range. Distilled at Old Pulteney Distillery in 2008, the whisky has spent 17 years resting in a 1st fill bourbon barrel. Bottled from cask #800024, only 221 bottles were produced, filled at natural cask strength 56.1% ABV. True to Signatory’s style, it is offered in its most natural form, un-chillfiltered and natural in colour. A standout Highland single malt with maturity, balance and character.
