A highly sought-after release from Springbank’s celebrated Local Barley series, produced using Bere barley grown exclusively at Clochkiel Farm, one of Scotland’s oldest and most traditional barley varieties. Matured in a combination of 60% bourbon and 40% sherry casks, this 10 year old bottling has been bottled at 55.2%, natural colour and unchillfiltered. A rare and eagerly awaited Springbank release, showcasing the unique intensity and texture that Bere barley brings to the spirit.
