A 35 year old Springbank! This incredible release from Signatory was distilled back in 1989 and was left to mature in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. Single cask #14/03/1 was bottled 4th October 2024 and released as part of the Symington's Choice series from Signatory. 345 bottles only, filled at 47.8% vol.
