A bright and vibrant start to this dram, there are notes of green apples, gorse bush, wine gums and a mineral note.
Palate
The palate is well balanced with a touch of peat smoke, and sweet notes of icing sugar and white chocolate. Notes of tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop.
Finish
The finish brings notes of honey and gooseberries.
