Teaninich 15 Year Old - 2010 | Cask 805180 | Infrequent Flyers Batch 19
Another exceptional Pedro Ximénez finish from Infrequent Flyers, distilled at Teaninich Distillery on 30th July 2010 and bottled in August 2025. Matured for 15 years, including 4 years and 10 months in a PX Puncheon, this Highland single malt showcases why these cask finishes have become so highly regarded in recent releases.
Rich and indulgent on the nose with chocolate orange, fig rolls and espresso, the palate follows through with Cinnabons, molten Demerara sugar and chocolate gateaux, lifted by a sweet, spicy undercurrent. Only 314 bottles were drawn (half the cask), filled at natural cask strength, 55.4% ABV. Un-chillfiltered and natural colour.
