The latest addition to Turntable Spirits’ acclaimed ‘Track’ series, Track 7: Born to be Wild is a bold and imaginative blend that shines a spotlight on Scotland’s new wave of distilleries. Each component brings its own distinctive character, from coastal smoke to orchard sweetness, while the grain element adds depth and history from a lost Lowland distillery. For the first time, spirits from Ardnamurchan, Lochlea, Nc’nean and Raasay have featured in a blended whisky, a statement of Scotland’s forward looking distilling scene. To balance this modern influence, Turntable selected grain whisky from the now closed Port Dundas, once a cornerstone of Scotland’s whisky industry.
