This superb island single malt was distilled at an undisclosed Orkney distillery in May 2003 and matured for over two decades, including nearly six years of finishing in a Marsala wine hogshead. Bottled in August 2025 as part of Alistair Walker’s acclaimed Infrequent Flyers series, it showcases a perfect meeting of island character and sweet, sun-drenched Sicilian wine influence.

One of just 287 bottles filled at 52.5% vol, cask strength, natural colour and un-chillfiltered.
