The whisky used for this unique blend started it's life in a combination of 1st and 2nd fill American oak and sherry casks. Carefully blended by Master Blender Billy Walker it was then transferred and matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with Appalachian virgin oak casks.
This limited edition, White Heather release has been specially crafted by Billy Walker who has spent nearly 50 years in the whisky industry crafting his art of whisky blending.

Colour: Natural gold bronze
Nose: Beautifully soft background with heather honey, butterscotch, peat reek and hints of tannins.
Taste: Rich notes of heather honey, butterscotch, orange peel and soft tannins, with a wonderful presence of peat and smoke.
