Distilled in 2009 and bottled at 16 years old, this Glenrothes single cask has spent around 6 years finishing in a Moscatel hogshead, shaping a more dessert-driven style of Speyside whisky. Bottled at 58.1% ABV, with 306 bottles drawn from the cask, this is a fuller, sweeter take on Glenrothes, with the Moscatel cask bringing a clear patisserie edge to the spirit.
