An exciting Islay expression from Kilchoman distillery, exclusively released in celebration of their Feis Ile open day in 2014. Originally matured in fresh bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace distillery then transferred and finished in a Fino sherry butt. 525 bottles only, filled at cask strength, 58.7% vol. Please note this bottle has been signed by Anthony Wills founder and Managing Director of Kilchoman distillery.

Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Nice peat tempered by sherry, lots of spic with green apple fruitiness.
Palate
A nice take on Kilchoman, a drier than normal sherry sweetness. Cinnamon, cloves and some apple and citrus flavours.
Finish
The finish is very clean, Fino dryness, long light sherry, nice mouth filling flavours.
