Awards
Nose
Red plum, capsaicin, barbeque sauce, pickled jalapeno. Hickory wood and beef jerky, Concord grape jelly and seaweed. Dr Pepper, cola bottles, strawberry coulis, blackcurrent leaf.
Palate
White grape juice, beach pebbles, tomato chutney, fatty avocado, deciduous forest and the sweet brine of a freshly shucked scallop. Ashy, rich and spicy.
Finish
Beautifully round and full, lingering finish.
