Another superb dram released as part of the impressive 100 proof series from independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory. Distilled in 2016 at the Balmenach distillery and matured for 9 years in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts, then bottled at the Edradour distillery at 57.1% vol, un-chillfiltered and without any additional colouring.
It's always exciting and rather rare to see single malt from Balmenach as most of it's production goes into blends!
