This latest single cask release from the wonderful Ben Nevis distillery was distilled 22nd November 2012 and was matured in cask for 12 years. Bottled from an Oloroso sherry hogshead by independent Scotch whisky bottlers, North Star Spirits for cask series 025. Filled to bottle at 58.6% vol, un-chillfiltered and at natural colour.
